The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform users of the 2BCOACH app about how their personal data is collected, used, stored and protected in accordance with:

  • the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679;
  • the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.

  1. Data collected

In connection with the use of the 2BCOACH app, the following categories of personal data may be collected.

  1. Login and identification data

The user can create an account or log in to the app using:

  • their telephone number;
  • their email address;
  • their Google Account;
  • their Apple account.

Depending on the chosen login method, 2BCOACH only receives the data necessary for the identification and management of the user account that is transmitted to it by the user or the authentication provider concerned.

  1. Player Profile Data

In order to create and personalise their profile, the user is invited to fill in:

  • their first name;
  • their date of birth;
  • their gender;
  • their dominant foot;
  • their position;
  • their current club (optional);
  • a profile picture (optional).

  1. Data relating to the level and sports objectives

In order to personalise the courses and training sessions offered, the user is invited to:

  • answer five questions to assess their level of football competence;
  • select a training theme corresponding to their objectives.

The answers provided are used by the application to assess the player's level and to offer him a course and adapted training content.

  1. Usage and Progress Data

In connection with the use of the App, 2BCOACH may also process data generated by the use of the Services, including:

  • the sessions and exercises carried out;
  • test results;
  • the player's level and progression;
  • the courses and programmes followed;
  • training statistics;
  • interactions with app features.

  1. Technical data

2BCOACH may collect certain technical data necessary for the operation, security and improvement of the application, such as:

  • the type of device;
  • Operating system
  • the version of the application;
  • IP address;
  • connection data and technical identifiers necessary for the operation of the service.

Advertising identifiers or other trackers subject to the user's consent are only used when the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations are met.

Payments for app subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform used.

Payments for the purchase of the training kit are processed by the payment provider used by 2BC SAS. 2BC SAS does not collect or store the full bank details used to make these payments.

Personal data is collected for the following purposes:

  • enabling access to the services;
  • managing user accounts;
  • managing subscriptions;
  • providing appropriate sports content;
  • automatically personalizing training paths;
  • adapting recommendations and training sessions based on user performance;
  • improving the user experience;
  • ensuring the security of the application;
  • managing support requests;
  • generating anonymized statistics;
  • personalizing the user profile, including displaying the profile picture selected by the user;
  • complying with legal obligations.

  1. Legal bases for processing

The processing is based, depending on its purpose, on: the performance of the contract for the creation and management of the account, the provision of features, the personalization of training sessions and the monitoring of the subscription; consent when required for certain features or optional processing; the legitimate interest of 2BC SAS in particular to ensure security, prevent fraud and improve its services; compliance with applicable legal obligations.

  1. Data of minors

The programs offered by 2BCOACH can be used by minors from the age of 4, provided that they are adapted to their age and abilities.

A 2BCOACH account can be used to create and manage a player profile corresponding to the account holder or a minor under their responsibility.

When a player profile concerns a minor, his or her use of the application must be carried out with the authorization and under the responsibility of his or her parent or legal representative.

The parent or legal representative is responsible for supervising the minor when using the app and carrying out the sports activities offered.

The subscription or purchase of a product must be made by a person with the necessary legal capacity to make the purchase.

The parent or legal guardian authorises the collection and processing of personal data that is strictly necessary for the operation of the services offered by 2BCOACH.

2BC SAS pays particular attention to the protection of the personal data of minor users and implements appropriate measures to ensure their confidentiality in accordance with the applicable regulations.

  1. Recipients of the data

Personal data may only be transmitted:

  • to technical service providers involved in the operation of the application (hosting, authentication, maintenance, notifications, statistics, assistance, payment or other necessary services);
  • the Apple App Store and Google Play platforms for managing subscriptions, as well as payment providers used for purchases made directly from 2BC SAS, including the purchase of the training kit;
  • statistical analysis tools;
  • to the administrative or judicial authorities when required by law.

2BC SAS never sells users' personal data to third parties.

  1. Data hosting and security

2BC SAS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent:

  • unauthorized access;
  • disclosure;
  • loss;
  • alteration;
  • or destruction of data.

Despite these measures, no security system can guarantee absolute protection.

  1. Retention period

Personal data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. For information purposes:

  • the data of the user account is kept for the duration of use of the account;
  • in the event of deletion of the account, the personal data is deleted or anonymised within the time limits provided for by the applicable regulations, subject to legal retention obligations;
  • data related to accounting obligations may be kept for up to ten (10) years;
  • Data for inactive accounts may be deleted after three (3) years of inactivity.

In accordance with the GDPR, each user has the following rights:

  • right of access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to object;
  • the right to data portability;
  • right to withdraw consent at any time.

  • Apple App Store ;
  • Google Play Store ;

These services may have their own privacy policies. 2BC SAS invites users to consult them.

  1. Transfer outside the European Union

Some data may be transferred outside the European Union via certain technical service providers. In this case, 2BC SAS ensures that these transfers are supervised in accordance with the applicable regulations.

  1. Account Deletion

The user can request the deletion of his account at any time from the application, the website or by contacting:

Deleting the account will result in the removal of access to the services associated with the account. However, it does not automatically cancel an ongoing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The user must cancel their subscription directly from the platform used for the subscription.

2BC SAS reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in order to adapt it to legal, regulatory or technical developments.
